responsible for developing merchant partnership and retail strategy at
iChoose Inc. Tom has more than 17 years of experience in building
business-to-business relationships and strategic alliances in retail,
wholesale and technology fields. Most recently, Tom served as Chief
Merchandising Officer at Eyecity.com, where he developed relationships
with more than 25 new vendors, adding 600 new products to the company's
inventory and increase sales by 125 percent. Tom is a successful
entrepreneur, having founded and served as president of Impact Eyewear LLC,
a sales distribution company specializing in branded sunglasses and
reading glasses. As Impact Eyewear, his accomplishments included securing
a licensing agreement with Yahoo! Inc., for all categories of eyewear and
accessories. He also formed sales and distribution agreements with five
leading eyewear brands including Serengeti, Hugo Boss, Escada, Sperry,
Topsider and Esprit. Tom has also served as Senior Executive for Macy's.

Steven Richter is a senior
equity research analyst for Tucker Anthony in Boston focusing
primarily on specialty retailers, footwear and branded consumer
companies with an emphasis on the companies targeting the rapidly
growing youth demographic segment. Mr. Richter also leads Tucker
Anthony’s consumer research team. Prior to joining Tucker Anthony
in 1996, Mr. Richter was Director of Research and consumer analyst
for Wedbush Morgan, an investment bank in Los Angeles. He has over
12 years of experience in equity research, investment banking and
capital markets. Mr. Richter received his BA degree in Political
Science from U.C.L.A. and his MBA degree from the University of
Southern California. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is
widely quoted in industry and financial publications including the New
York Times, the Boston Globe, USA Today, the Los
Angeles Times, and Women’s Wear Daily. Mr. Richter
lives outside of Boston with his wife and three children.

Tom Casey, is the Partner in Charge of the Talent
Management Practice of Unifi Network / PricewaterhouseCoopers. Unifi
Network's Talent Management practice is one of the largest consultancies
in the world focusing on employee attraction and retention. Tom is also
the Global Coordinator for Unifi Network's Retail practice.
Mr. Casey is frequently interviewed on the
linkage between customer satisfaction and human resources issues.
Interviews in the last year have appeared in the Wall Street Journal,
Washington Post, and Fortune Magazine. He has also appeared on CNN, NPR,
ABC, and CBS discussing customer satisfaction.
Mr. Casey has been a consultant for over 20
years, providing services to clients in 27 countries. He is a frequent
speaker on human capital issues at national association meetings such as
World at Work, American Compensation Association, Financial Executives
Institute, and the Financial Technology Forum.
Mr. Casey is a noted author on human capital
issues with 37 articles appearing in such publications as Training and
Development Journal, Management World, HR Executives, and CEO
Magazine. He recently completed a book on Human Capital Transformation
in Latin America, which will be published in June 2001.
Mr. Casey is a graduate of the University of
Alaska, holds both MA and MBA degrees from Rivier College, and the Yale
School of Management Executive Program.

Ashok
Pahwa is President / CEO of Richmont.com, the cyberbusiness management arm
of Dallas based Richmont Group of companies, a diversified investment
holding company. Their portfolio of holdings includes Mary Kay Inc.,
a leader in the cosmetics industry and Marketing Specialists, a leader in
the food brokerage category.
Prior
to taking over his current responsibilities, Askhok was with Mary Kay for
seven years; his last position being Senior VP of Global Marketing and
Sales Promotion.
He
has over ten years experience with multinational advertising agencies and
started his career in Sales Management. He serves on the Board of
Directors of the DFW Interactive Marketing Association and his a member of
the Direct Selling Association, the American Marketing Association, the
Marketing Leadership Council and the DFWREA.
He
has an MBA from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. and lives in the
Dallas-Fort Worth area with his wife, two sons and two cats.

Finkel is President of the Eastern Region of Brann Worldwide, including
Brann NRS (retail services), BrannForbes (retail marketing), and the
BrannBlau (direct mail) offices in Wilton, Durham and Baltimore. He
is also leading the development of a centralized media management
capability for North America. David joined Brann Worldwide in 1989
as SVP/Director of Client Services, since then he has quadrupled the size
of the office and expanded capabilities to service clients across the
agency. He received his bachelor's at Wharton and an MBA from NYU.
Prior to joining Brann Worldwide, Mr. Finkel was VP at O&M Direct
working on both American Express and Seagram.

Roger was Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of KPMG Peat Marwick
LLP, a member firm of KPMG International, the $9 Billion, 85,000 person
worldwide accounting and consulting organization.
As COO of KPMG, he was
centrally involved in driving the firm's rapid growth, including growing
its consulting practice 100% over the last two years and its high
technology practice 250% over the previous four years. Before that,
he was the managing partner of the firm's information and communications
practice. During his twenty-year tenure at KPMG, Roger has helped
grow numerous technology startups into major public companies as he led
KPMG efforts to serve clients worldwide in the fields of semiconductors,
software, computers and peripherals, telecommunications, cable television,
broadcasting, entertainment, publishing, and advertising.
Roger serves on the boards
of Active Software, FileNet, Inc., and the Walter A. Haas School of
Business at the University of California at Berkeley. He is the
graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
